A little bit more about Lyndsi...
I graduated in 2013 from University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and began my career in financial services as an investment associate at Ferguson Wellman Capital Management in Portland, Oregon. In 2018, I earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and shifted into a financial planning role at a boutique firm, Aldrich Wealth. Fast forward a couple years, I began my journey as an advisor and later lead advisor at Vista Capital Partners, which gave me the opportunity to lead my own client relationships, client service team, and network in the Portland community.
Other career highlights of mine include my involvement on the Financial Planning Association of Oregon and SW Washington Board, where I served as Pro Bono Director in my first year on the board, and worked more closely with members as the Membership Director my second year. I was also a sponsored participant in the Leadership Portland program, which offers Portland professionals the opportunity to better understand local institutions and critical issues within the area.
Today, my interest in Motley Fool Wealth Management comes from an appreciation for the unique Foolish investing approach paired with thoughtful financial planning. Our process combines well-established stock-picking strategies while letting the Quality framework guide our investment choices. Being a Foolish CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ means that it’s important for my clients to know they can trust our relationship and the financial guidance that comes with it. Clients’ needs come first: They should feel heard, educated about the decisions they make, and confident in moving forward with their financial plan. It’s a pleasure using my experience to build trust with them!

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy time spent with my family and friends. Whether we are doing something active and memorable like hiking, snowboarding, or traveling, or simply just catching up over good food in an inviting atmosphere, being with people who mean the world to me is time well spent!
What is your favorite food?
I love tacos or taco bowls! Carnitas or pollo verde are my go-to favorites—with a little extra spice!
What was your very first job or work experience?
My first job was working as a soccer referee. I love the sport and being outdoors, so it gave me additional time watching soccer.
