A little bit more about Rob...
I graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2012 and began a career in the customer service industry through conservation nonprofit event management, as well as retail management. My diverse background has enabled me to build stronger relationships with a wide range of customers and clients in multiple industries, so I can incorporate new ideas and perspectives into my daily work. To me, staying motivated in this field is easy—I’ve always valued finding a way to help people. I was inspired to move into a client experience role in the investment industry when a good friend of mine made the jump to working in finance and told me about all the ways he was supporting people to secure their future. It sounded like exactly what I wanted to be doing, too.
Today, I’m happy to be a part of our “Foolish” firm. Our high-conviction investing philosophy is one I can get behind: When you believe in a company and want it to succeed, you’re more likely to stay invested for the long term, which is key to generating long-term results. I’m thrilled to have the chance to work with clients on their journey toward those hopeful gains!

What do you like to do in your spare time?
We’re a big hockey family. My wife, son, and I all play ice hockey, and I help coach my son’s team as well! I also enjoy fly fishing and have traveled to many new places to catch new species..
What is your favorite place in the whole world?
Christmas Island in the South Pacific, which is one of the most remote places on earth. The pristine environment and fishing are as good as it gets.
What are your dream retirement goals?
My goal is to retire with my wife and spend our time traveling to new places.
