A little bit more about Sabrina...
I earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree in Finance from University of San Francisco in 2007. As a new college grad working in financial services throughout the Global Financial Crisis in 2008 and 2009, I quickly learned what it takes to persevere and support others during times of economic uncertainty. For a brief time after that, I took a hiatus from financial planning to pursue my dream of working in a bakery, but discovered that I missed finance more than I expected and came back to doing what I love in 2010.
Upon my return to the industry, I worked at Fidelity Investments and a consulting firm for advisors, obtained my Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from University of California, Santa Cruz in 2013, and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ through the CFP Board in 2015. Working with clients to help them pursue their financial dreams—as well as managing and mentoring other wealth advisors—still brings me joy every day!
My parents were an early influence on the way I think about money, long before I began my career. They always found ways to ensure that we’d have a fulfilling childhood. (Our family camping trips are still my favorite memories!) Instead of, “No, we can’t afford that,” my mom and dad would say, “We haven’t included that in the budget—let’s figure out a way to make it work.” I hope to offer the same pragmatism and sense of opportunity to our clients in their financial lives.
